Applies to the Startup Brand Sprint by OtherMind

1. License Scope

Your purchase grants a license for one Notion workspace. You may import the Sprint once into a single workspace of your choice. Anyone with access to that workspace can collaborate on the materials inside it.

2. Workspace Sharing

You may invite your co-founder or team members to collaborate inside the same workspace. This is included in your license. Each person is responsible for having their own ChatGPT account if they want to use the AI coaches.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy the Sprint system into additional Notion workspaces. You may not duplicate, redistribute, resell, or publish any part of the Sprint or its content outside your licensed workspace.
You may not claim authorship or create derivative products intended for commercial sale.

4. Personal Use vs Team Use

The Sprint is designed for early stage teams, but it is licensed per workspace, not per seat. This keeps your workflow simple while protecting the intellectual property behind the system. If your company needs additional workspaces or multiple imports, each workspace requires its own license.

5. AI Coaches

The Sprint includes guided prompts used with AI coaches inside ChatGPT. These prompts and flows are part of the licensed IP. Each individual who wants to use the guided exercises needs their own ChatGPT account. Nothing in the Sprint provides shared ChatGPT access.

6. Updates

You receive lifetime updates for the version of the Sprint you purchased. Updates apply to the template files and reference materials. They do not include custom revisions or support beyond what is provided publicly.

7. Refund Policy

If you purchased the Sprint through the Notion Marketplace, refunds follow Notion’s platform policy. Notion offers a two week refund window and processes those requests directly.

8. Ownership

All content, templates, workflows, training materials, and AI prompt structures remain the intellectual property of OtherMind. Your purchase grants you a license to use the system inside one workspace. It does not transfer ownership or give permission to reproduce or distribute the materials.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Sprint for building the strategy and narrative of your own company.
You may not use it as part of a commercial service you deliver to clients unless you purchase a separate client license for each project.

10. Support

Support is provided for access issues, file errors, and licensing questions at support@othermind.io. Strategic advice, custom implementation, or Notion coaching are not included.
