These Terms govern your use of digital products purchased from Atanas Yordanov Teodosiev / OtherMind. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms

1. License Grant

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use.

You may:

• Use the product within your own projects.

• Customize the product for your personal use.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the files.

• Claim the products as your own work.

• Repackage products into derivative works for resale (e.g. resold Notion templates).

2. Delivery

Products are delivered immediately following payment via Stripe. See our Fulfillment Policy

3. Refunds

All sales are final. Please see our Fulfillment Policy for exceptions related to duplicate payments or technical issues.

4. AI Coaches & Limitations

Some products include access to AI-powered coaches built on OpenAI technology. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• AI systems may produce errors, omissions, or unreliable outputs.

• Token limits, response quality, and system availability are determined by OpenAI and are outside our control.

• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI outputs.

You agree that Atanas Yordanov Teodosiev / OtherMind is not responsible for errors, mistakes, or downtime caused by AI systems, and liability for such issues rests solely with the underlying technology provider (OpenAI).

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with Atanas Yordanov Teodosiev / OtherMind. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including reliance on AI outputs.

7. Updates

We may update products from time to time. Purchasers may be granted access to updated versions at our discretion, but we are not obligated to provide free updates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
